This is a SCAM.  This picture shows a mailing that has shown up in Hot Spring County on several occasions lately.  Do not respond to this letter as it is an international scam.  Please pass this information on to your friends and neighbors and, in particular, elderly individuals that you know.  Please use this information to protect yourself from being a victim.
